Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but the ironing facilities provided were a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes after a long journey. The cozy sitting area in my room, complete with a charming terrace overlooking the stunning surroundings, made for a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen with high-quality cookware and kitchen utensils allowed me to prepare my own traditional Austrian meals, adding a special touch to my stay. The seamless free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a delight for staying connected, while the flat-screen TV and elegant parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the experience.
